Hi-I've tried twice now to send a PM and been told that the selected user does not exist, but when I search for them in the directory, they show up. Any thoughts on this? Thx! Ann

They may be an inactive member. If when you click there name, you are taken to a profile, then they are an active member. If not, they are inactive.
