Registration - Validation

Your browser will be redirected to a new screen that explains a little about the validation process. At the bottom of that screen, you will be given an option to click on a link to immediately validate your account.

Because of the high incidence of spam blocking being done by internet service providers, we cannot guarantee that you will receive our Welcome email with instructions on the email validation process. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use this link to submit your validation. This will also help you to speed up your registration process.

1. Click on the Confidential Member Validation Form Link and submit your validation through that form. This will also help you to speed up your registration process. When the contact form screen opens, enter information.

Rare Cancer Forum Validation Form

This validation form is a secure method of inputting your information. All data entered is used for validation purposes only. It will be kept confidential by the Rare Cancer Alliance and will not be shared in any way other than personal communications with you.

To insure a speedy validation, we ask that you make sure that you enter the following information in this contact form:
2. Your Forum Username.
3. The email address you used for registration purposes.
4. Your complete cancer diagnosis, including cancer name (cell type) and body site.
5. Any treatments you have had, thus far (biopsy, surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.). If you are newly diagnosed, and have had none, enter the word 'none' here.
6. In the large entry box, please tell us a little about your cancer journey, thus far. Also tell us any special support needs you have.
7. Your relationship to the patient should be entered in this box (son, wife, personal caregiver, etc.).
8. Enter the anti-robot validation code toward the bottom of that page in the next box.
9. When you are satisfied with your input, click on the Submit Form button. You will be redirected, automatically, to the Forum home page.

Rare Cancer Forum Validation Completion

Keep in mind that this is a process that requires the intervention of a 'human' and it is not immediate. Most registrations are completed within 24 hours of receiving your validation email. If this is a weekend or holiday, you can expect a delay of more than 24-48 hours.

Note:  If you are a family member, or caregiver, please fill in the diagnosis information for the patient.
