Rare Cancer Support Forum

Hi,

I'm looking to connect with others who have Stage IIIb (or any stage, really) neuroendocrine carcinoma of the anus. I'm told this is a very rare sub-type of anal cancer. My doctors decided against the Nigro protocol and I'm just now finishing a combined regimen of rads and Cisplatin/Etoposide.

A colostomy might be in my near future. First follow-up PET scan and MRI is early April. I would love to hear from anybody else going through this.
