2. I forever grant Rare-Cancer.org and it's Administrators perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to reproduce, publish, display, edit, modify, and otherwise use the material within.
3. I understand and agree that the Rare-Cancer.org reserves the right to accept, reject or edit all submissions in whole or in part.
4. I understand and agree that anything that I submit through this Personal Story forum will be publicly viewable and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary.
5. I understand and agree that if I voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address) within this Personal Story forum, that this information will be viewed publicly and may be collected and used by others.
6. I understand and agree that Rare-Cancer.org will use my forum username only to identify me within my submission. Any other personally identifiable information will remain secured and private, unless I choose to disclose personally identifiable information within my submission.
